The work involved necessary guidance and advice in response to request by the said Public Corporation based on an agreement to implement the Aichi Prefectural Toll Road Management Project concluded between Aichi Prefectural Road Public Corporation and Aichi Road Concession Co., Ltd.
Specifically, EJEC acted as the technical advisor whose main work components were attendance at monthly cost management meetings, advice on cost management during the construction work, support for the preparation of a document detailing the required standards for the operation and maintenance of the road project and support for the preparation of a monitoring plan document.
For the work, EJEC extensively utilized its own technical skills regarding road design, inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, etc. as well as know-how regarding support for a PPP contract.
