Profile of President Kin<\/span>\r\n\r\nPresident Kin graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University and joined Japan Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (presently EJEC) in 1987. In addition from being engaged in practical work in the geo-technology field, he was long involved in the in-house committee for productivity improvement and others. He successfully assumed the positions of Executive Director and Head of the Corporate Administration Department of EJEC as well as Director and Head of the Planning Department of E-J Holding Inc. in 2021. Since then, he has been widening his visual field to cover the entire company, assuming the position of President in August, 2023 at the age of 60.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n

Greeting from the New President<\/span>\r\nI would like to express my utmost gratitude to our clients and business partners for their continuous encouragement. I have now been inaugurated as the new President of EJEC, succeeding Mr. Yuji Kotani who has worked tirelessly as our President for 27 years. I am determined to do my best to increase the status as well as reputation of EJEC in the civil engineering consultant industry and I look forward to your continued support.\r\nSince the merger and establishment as a new company in 2009, EJEC has steadily grown to meet its mission of \"fulfilment of corporate social responsibility and contribution to the welfare of humankind while increasing the corporate value through the performance of excellent technologies to meet the challenges associated with the global environment, national land protection and infrastructure development in local areas\".\r\nTo achieve further advancement, we are now in the third year of the Fifth Medium Term Management Plan (2021 \u2013 2024; hereinafter referred to as the 5th M-T Plan). Lasting for four years, this 5th M-T Plan is considered to constitute a period of consolidation as a base to materialise our future vision of becoming \"a corporation which shapes subsequent generations\" by 2030. We will make every effort to inherit as well as advance the policies expressed in the Long-Term Vision 2030 and the 5th M-T Plan in order to pass the baton for a better future to the next generation.\r\nI will endeavour to speedily achieve our goals under the new business management set-up and wholeheartedly seek your much-valued continued support and guidance.<\/p>\n
